The Meeting package is a pricing structure for day meetings, conferences, or retreats.  This per-person pricing covers lodging, meeting space, meals (depending on how many night(s) stay), our standard audio/visual set-up, 24-hour coffee and tea access, as well as 24-hour access to our country café’.

The standard audio/visual set-up includes:
Podium
TV/VCR/DVD player
Overhead projector
Screen
White Board
Flip Chart
Basic sound equipment

Other equipment provided for a nominal fee includes:
LCD Projector ($150 per day)
