We create seasonal menus that allow us to offer you the best value for your event as well as utilize the bounty of local food in Chester and Lancaster counties. When possible, we support local farms and companies by purchasing their products. Our cooking team creates menus that relate to all the events at NC3. Our menu varies daily according to season and event. If you have a request, please let us know by turning in a special diet request form located in Event Forms or contacting us.
